Tips and Tricks
- Elevate your feta cheese by marinating cubes in olive oil, crushed red pepper flakes, and parsley.
- Incorporate fresh vegetables like cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes, red bell peppers, and baby carrots for a healthy crunch and vibrant color.
- You can prepare many components like dolmas, hummus, and tabbouleh up to 2 days in advance to save time. Alternatively, these can also be purchased from the deli section to simplify efforts.
- If you’re serving a mezze platter for a smaller group, consider reducing the quantity of each item to ensure freshness and reduce potential waste.
