Homemade Fudge With Twix Bars Recipe
Ingredients
- 20 Fun Size Twix, chopped
- ¾ cup Butter
- 3 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 (12 oz.) package White Chocolate Chips
- 1 (7 oz.) Jar Marshmallow Crème
- 2 Tablespoons Chocolate Powder (unsweetened)
Instructions
Prep the Twix & Pan:
- Chop the Twix bars into bite-size pieces.
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper or foil for easy removal.
Combine Dry Mix:
- In a large bowl, combine White Chocolate Chips, Chocolate Powder, and Marshmallow Crème. Set aside.
Cook the Sugar Mixture:
- In a saucepan, bring Butter, Sugar, Salt, and Heavy Cream to a boil over medium heat. Stir constantly.
- Continue boiling for an additional four minutes, still stirring constantly to prevent burning.
Combine Mixtures:
- Add the boiling Cream and Sugar mixture to the bowl with the White Chocolate Chips mixture.
