(optional) blue cheese crumbles (omit if Paleo/Whole30/Dairy-free)

Patties: Separate into 4 equal balls (putting a little oil on your hands helps a lot) and shape into patties. - Refrigerate (optional): Place in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes to cool (this step is not required, but the patties will stay together better as you transfer them to the grill if you do this).
- Preheat: Preheat grill to 400-450 degrees F.
- Prep Foil: Place a piece of foil on top of clean grill grates and spray generously with non-stick/avocado oil spray.
- Patties: Place patties on top of the foil and over direct heat.
- Cook: Cook for 5-7 minutes per side with cover closed or until the internal temp reaches 160-165 degrees F.
- Remove: Remove from grill and let rest 5-10 minutes (the internal temp will increase as it rests).
- Serve: Serve with butter lettuce, sliced green onions, Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce and Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing.
- Alternative Serving: if you aren’t concerned with Paleo/Whole30 then serve on the bun of your choice and add in some blue cheese crumbles!

Tips and Tricks
- Ground chicken tends to be sticky and wet. Lightly oiling your hands before forming the patties can make this process much easier and less messy.
- Optionally, once formed, placing the patties in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes before grilling can help them hold their shape better during cooking.
- If you're worried about the chicken patties sticking to the grill or falling apart, you can start by grilling them on a piece of foil placed over the grill grates.
- For added grill marks and flavor, after the initial grilling on foil for about 7 minutes, flip the burgers onto well-oiled, direct grill grates for the remaining cooking time.
